What if the product is received in bad condition?
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please accept the package. Call our customer care at 1800-123-6906 (Mon-Fri 10am-6pm) or email us at email@example.com your Order ID. We will personally ensure that your issue is resolved at the earliest. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you report us about the issue.
What locations does Pethawala Agra ship to?
Currently our service is limited to all over India only.
What are the delivery charges?
The shipping charge is calculated separately for every product package. We charge delivery cost based on product weight which varies from Rs 20 to 40.
How will the delivery be done?
We have partnered with reputed couriers FedEx, BlueDart and EMS SpeedPost to process our shipments. PethawalaAgra.com reserves right to cancel any order, if the delivery location is blacklisted or not under deliverable pin codes in our delivery system – amount paid by the customer will be duly refunded.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
We try our best to deliver orders to customers within 2-3 working days in major metro cities from the day the order is shipped. For other locations, the delivery may take up to 5-7 working days. Please note that delivery time to the end user is subject to certain factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
